1. Agreement to Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, Seoulbridge reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

  • Importer of Record: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Customs Charges: Orders shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Delays: Seoulbridge has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoulbridge shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if Seoulbridge has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
