Refund & Return Policy

Seoulbridge


1. Return Window & Eligibility

All return and refund requests must be submitted via email within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, seals, and labels must remain intact
  • Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products are not eligible for return, unless a verified product defect is confirmed.


2. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement without penalty.

Once an order has been processed and marked as “Dispatched” or “Shipped”, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers must follow the standard return procedure after receiving the product.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with:

  • Order Number
  • Photo of the shipping box (including label)
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Upon verification, Seoulbridge will provide either a full refund or a free replacement, including all associated shipping costs.


4. Skin Reaction Claims

At Seoulbridge, your skin health is our priority.
If you experience any adverse skin reaction, please discontinue use immediately.

To request a refund for a used product due to a skin reaction, the following is required:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the reaction
  • A medical certificate or doctor’s note in English

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Seoulbridge reserves the right to decline claims that lack sufficient documentation.


5. Delivery Failure & Customs Policy

Incorrect Address:
Seoulbridge is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Customs Rejection:
If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties/taxes or failure to provide required documentation,
a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs and return shipping fees.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages:
Packages returned as “Unclaimed” or “Refused” will be refunded minus all applicable round-trip shipping costs.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Seoulbridge will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects or incorrect shipments caused by Seoulbridge.


7. Policy Enforcement

Seoulbridge reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

We also reserve the right to limit or reject returns from customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior.
