1. Global Fulfillment & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our logistics center in South Korea.

Handling Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders containing multiple items may require additional time for stock consolidation.

Peak Period Notice:
During high-demand periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking:
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer reliable international shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (Economical, with tracking)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Local carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate starting from $4.90 USD (varies by region)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $80.00 USD
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable:

  • Import duties
  • VAT / GST
  • Local handling fees

Seoulbridge is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Seizure or rejection due to local regulations

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees,
a refund will be issued excluding original and return shipping costs.


5. Destination-Specific Guidelines

  • Japan: Please provide your address in Japanese for faster processing
  • USA: Orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free
  • EU: Orders over €150 may incur customs duties
  • Middle East: Specialized flat rates apply for stable delivery

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Address changes are only possible before shipment
  • Seoulbridge is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

Undeliverable packages (e.g., absence, unclaimed, incorrect address) will be:

  • Returned or destroyed depending on local courier policy
  • Any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Seoulbridge is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs or carriers.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered,
and Seoulbridge is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.


8. Force Majeure

Seoulbridge is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Transportation disruptions
